To start using the services offered by Digi Contact, you must:
1.Be at least 18 years old
2.Complete the registration process
3.Agree to the terms as mentioned in this section
4.Provide correct and up-to-date information
By using any of our services, you represent and warrant that you satisfy the criteria mentioned above and that you will not use our services in any way that violates any laws or regulations. We also reserve the right to change our services or any feature of the services at any time. Any such change will be updated on the website and/or notification will be sent to your last registered email address with us. In case you do not wish to continue with our Services please Deactivate your account.
When using our Services you are responsible to adhere to the following rules:
1.You will not violate our policies as mentioned in this Agreement.
2.In case of violation of any of these rules, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account.
We reserve the right to refuse service, close accounts of any users at any time at our sole discretion. For any reason, if you wish to close your account with us, you may do so by Deactivating your card from your dashboard. Additionally, you can send us a mail to our support team requesting the deletion of your full data from our server. Our support team on receiving the request will Delete your full data from our server in 7 working days.
No refunds are provided.
Based on the type of subscription you registered for, the account would expire and lapse. You will be able to view the expiry date on your dashboard. If your subscription is not renewed before the expiry, the Digi Card link will be inactivated automatically.
We may change our fees at any time by posting a new pricing structure to our Website and/or sending you a notification by email. If the fees structure changes, your current plan will continue till expiration.
You are responsible for all materials, including without limitation, information, data, text, software, photographs, graphics, video, and email or any data (collectively “Content”) and for all activity that occurs under your account, whether done so by you or any other person authorized by you. We have the right, but not the obligation, to remove Content that we determine in our sole discretion to be “Offensive Content” as defined below. We also have the right, but not the obligation, to limit or revoke the use privileges of anyone who posts such Content or engages in unacceptable behavior on or through the Services.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, you assume full responsibility for any loss that results from your use of the Website and the Services, including any downloads from the Website. We and our Team would not be liable for any indirect, punitive, special, or consequential damages under any circumstances, even if they are based on negligence or we have been advised of the possibility of those damages. No liability for all claims made about the Services.
We and our Team are not responsible for the behavior and actions of any marketers, linked websites, or other Members.
To the extent authorized by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Digi Contact, its employees, officers, directors, affiliates, and agents from and against any and all claims, losses, expenses, damages, and costs, including reasonable attorneys fees, resulting directly or indirectly from or arising out of (a) your violation of the Terms, (b) your use of any of the Services, and/or (c) the Content you make available on any of the Services.
